What it’s like

Creekside Park West is built around a village center with an H-E-B, a Cinépolis luxury cinema, and restaurants, with a Lone Star College center nearby. Residents get The Woodlands’ trail and park network along with nearby Spring Creek greenbelt areas.

Taxes to know about

Because Creekside Park is in Harris County, its tax bill includes Harris County units and Harris County ESD 11 rather than Montgomery County, plus Tomball ISD, MUD 386, and The Woodlands Township. Its all-in rate runs noticeably higher than Woodlands villages on the Montgomery County side, so ask for an address-level estimate before you make an offer.
